Alicia was incredible. She helped me with a quick, just a little bit early check in.Because the room was available. The breakfast buffet was the best that I've seen across the country traveling. I was very pleased and everyone there, including the staff and patrons. We're so kind and friendly.

Didn’t appreciate the call to my room before 11am to see if I was still in there after a long night of driving. It’s hard to go back to sleep after a loud call. After check out time, completely understandable, but before is crazy.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We felt safe. The room was comfortable and all the amenities were excellent. The free breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff members were friendly, professional, attentive and kind.
Visited: May 2025 Brand new Holiday Inn. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful. Lady with glasses (night auditor? - apologies don’t remember name) at the front desk was great! Minor issue is the shower curtain flaps around when you shower so it feels like you’re wrapped in the shower curtain.
Wonderful rooms with great service staff. Excellent breakfast as well. My only concern regarding the beds in the ADA rooms were at the same height as regular beds in regular rooms. In other hotels I've experienced they are wheelchair height for easier transfer. Despite the obstacles, Alicia was so helpful and even assisted in looking for a stepstool to accommodate my needs. Very thankful she was very accommodating. If I had no disability I would return.
The staff here is great. There was a problem with our first room (a skunk outside) and we were able to switch rooms in the middle of the night, but the second room also had an issue so we were given a third. The poor guy at the desk never lost his composure. The rooms were clean (my wife is thorough), comfy, and all staff were friendly. Would stay here again.
